Shipping & Returns at XXLhoreca

Below you will find out how to ship your order or how to return to XXLhoreca, the food retailer for non-food products, catering equipment and kitchen appliances from A-Brands.

Delivery times

Our delivery times vary by product, brand and number. The expected delivery time is indicated by the products. Delivery times are based on working days. Deliveries to Belgium can unfortunately be delivered by a day delay (this is usually not the case).

Shipping costs

The delivery costs will be shown for checkout of your shopping cart.

Delivery time in advance

If you order by bank transfer, you will receive your order 1 - 2 business days after we have received your payment on our account. This can take up to 2 business days depending on the bank. Once we receive the payment, you will receive a confirmation email.

Delay during shipment

If you have not received 3 workday orders yet, please contact our customer service. In exceptional cases, DPD will take delivery of an order instead of 24 hours a day. If you have not received your order 4 business days after shipment, please contact our customer service. In order to serve you as soon as possible, we kindly ask you to mention the order number in your e-mail or to keep it handy when you call us. We will then request the status of the order for you.

An order has been canceled (in part)

An order can be canceled for various reasons.
• The item is not available.
• We have not received your prepayment 15 days after placing your order. This only applies if you have chosen bank transfer for the payment method.

Obviously, for a canceled article, the payment obligation will expire. If you have already paid, we will refund the amount as soon as possible or send in consultation with you as soon as possible.


RETURN OF PRODUCTS

Return of products for private customers:

Products that do not appear to be desirable, show defects or fail to meet the requirements can be returned. For a quick and correct handling, you must report your return. You can do this by sending an e-mail with the reason for returning to our customer service info@xxlhoreca.com . We will contact you as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours). It is also important that a copy of the invoice is sent in the packaging so that we can see who the return is from.

Terms of Return:

  • You have 14 days of retirement as a private individual to return a product.
  • The unused undamaged item is complete in undamaged original packaging.
  • The product should be packaged in the original packaging and with sufficient protective materials as far as possible before shipping.
  • Before returning a product, always contact XXLhoreca.
  • The return costs are at the expense of the customer.
  • We reserve the right to refuse to refund products if the above requirements are not met.

Return of products for business customers:

  • The return costs are at the expense of the customer.
  • We reserve the right to refuse to refund products if the above requirements are not met.
