Shipping & Returns at XXLhoreca

Here's how the shipment of your order expires or how to return to XXLhoreca, the wholesaler for non-food products, catering equipment and kitchen appliances from A-brands.

delivery times

Our delivery times vary by product, brand and number. The estimated delivery time is stated in the products. The delivery times are based on business days. Deliveries to Belgium ë unfortunately can be supplied delayed by one day (this is usually not the case).

Shipping costs

The delivery will be presentable for the checkout of your shopping cart.

Delivery in advance

You can order by bank transfer, you will receive your order 1-2 days after we receive your payment to our account. This can take up to 2 working days depending on the bank, when we receive the payment you will receive an email confirmation.

Shipping delay

If after three working order income has not yet received, please contact our customer service. In exceptional cases DPD doing instead of 24 hours for several days on the delivery of an order. RETURN OF PRODUCTS

Returning products for retail clients:

Conditions for Return:

  • You have at least 14 days to think as an individual in order to return a product.
  • The unused undamaged product was completely undamaged original packaging.
  • The product should be as good as possible in the original packaging and with sufficient protective materials are packaged before being shipped.
  • Before a product is returned, you should always contact XXLhoreca.
  • The return costs are borne by the customer.
  • We reserve the right to take the return of refuse products as are not fulfilled the above requirements.
