  • Fire Pasta is made from natural (bio) ethanol alcohol, mixed with water and a thickening agent. Hendi fire paste is artificially made so bitter that it can not be swallowed. To safely and efficiently, eg. Heating chafing dishes we strongly recommend always using special fuel holders.
Hendi provides the most common variants fire paste. They all have the same heat release, the degree of heating is determined by the size of the opening of the can and the lid of the fuel holder.
"Blaze" brand fuel burns for a shorter and more intense, therefore we recommend it for situations where a burn time of ± 2 hr. "Hendi" brand fire paste is better suited for use of 3 hours or longer.
Both brands burn completely soot and odor free.
Cartouches and cans are quickly very hot during use, therefore they should always be placed in a container chafing; This to prevent fire (-wonden) danger!
Fire Pasta holders are supplied with Hendi chafing dishes and are also available separately.
Always read the instructions on the packaging.
Note that there are no flames or heat sources in the area when you work with fire paste. The flammable gas from the fuel to escape easily from the tin.
Put the pasta fire only when the cans in the fuel holders are in the final location.
Make sure there are no (condensation) water enters the fuel paste. This can cause dangerous splashes.
The color of the flames is mostly blue. Caution: in bright conditions, they are virtually invisible.
Extinguish the fire pasta solely with the aid of the lid of the fuel holder.
Refilling: Always make sure that it can and the holder are completely cooled. Always remove the tin from the container so that no chafing goes directly to the holder. Remove drops immediately with a wet cloth.
Storage: Keep fire paste always in sealed container in a dark, well ventilated room cooler than 20 ° C. For storage of larger quantities consult local laws.
If the above instructions are followed, the risk of fire is minimal.
In case of small / starting fire: Use a fire blanket (or a big, wet ordinary blanket) to extinguish the fire by lack of oxygen.
In case of fire on clothing or body: Use a blanket, dry chemical or CO2 extinguisher. Try never to extinguish the fire with too small (hand) towel, this would only spread the fuel and the fire! Cooling the body after quenching for at least 15 minutes or until medical help arrives. Let clothing. If in any case, seek medical attention.
