How do I descale my ice maker?
This manual is for the HENDI ice machines, which you can use as a guideline for other brands. How your ice maker descaling agents must be able in the instructions you received with the ice maker. Descaling ice machines is very important. If the ice machine is not regularly decalcified will invalidate the warranty.
Fill the tank with the descaling salt 1 bag (30g) and water. Do not exceed the maximum level not.
Turn the power switch to "On." The ice cube tray will fill with water. You hear that the pump pumps the water from the reservoir to the ice tray.
At the moment that the ice tray is filled and stops the supply of water to the bowl, pressure directly on the button, "Off".
The ice cube tray will again position itself to zero and the descaling solution is distributed by the device.
Turn the power switch back to "On."
Repeat this process (steps 1/4 m) several times with descaling agent.
Once you are sure that the machine has been cleaned completely, drain the descaling solution through the drain plug located on the left side of the device.
Fill the water tank now with clean water and repeat steps 1/4 m now several times with clean water to ensure that no traces of the descaling salt in the machine remain. The smell of the descaling salt should be completely gone.
